RETURNS & WITHDRAWALS
Fek on Air is a slow, made-to-order label.
Our pieces are handcrafted in small quantities and, in many cases, created only after an order is placed. For this reason, we encourage thoughtful purchases and ask you to carefully check product descriptions and size information before placing your order.
We do not offer an extended or convenience return policy beyond the rights provided by applicable consumer law.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For orders covered by EU consumer law, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@fekonair.com within the 14-day period.
Once your withdrawal has been communicated, the item must be shipped back within the following 14 days.
Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer. Fek on Air does not provide prepaid return labels.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned pieces must be handled only to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.
Items must be returned:
- unworn and unused, other than being carefully tried on;
- unwashed and unaltered;
- with all original tags attached;
- free from stains, make-up, deodorant, perfume, odours or any other signs of wear;
- in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, their original packaging.
All returned items are carefully inspected by the Fek on Air team.
If a piece shows signs of handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try it on, Fek on Air reserves the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by applicable law.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned item or until the customer provides evidence that it has been shipped back.
HANDMADE PIECES
Please keep in mind that Fek on Air pieces are handmade and often created using carefully sourced, limited or artisanal materials.
Small variations in texture, colour, stitching, finishing, embroidery or pattern placement are part of the individual nature of each piece and should not automatically be considered defects.
These subtle differences are what make every Fek on Air piece unique.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting their size according to the measurements and size information provided on our website.
A personal preference regarding fit, or the selection of an incorrect size, does not constitute a product defect.
Within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the general withdrawal rules above will still apply. Outside this period, sizing-related returns will not be accepted unless the item's actual measurements materially differ from those stated in the product description.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS
If you believe your item is defective, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@fekonair.com, preferably within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Each claim will be individually assessed by the Fek on Air team.
Where a genuine defect or lack of conformity is confirmed, Fek on Air will provide the appropriate remedy and cover the relevant return costs in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that the handmade characteristics and natural variations described above are not, by themselves, considered defects.
This 30-day notification procedure does not limit any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.
For statutory withdrawals, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded where required by law. Any additional cost resulting from the customer's choice of express, priority or other upgraded shipping will not be refunded.
