1. ABOUT FEK ON AIR

Welcome to Fek on Air.

Fek on Air is an independent slow-fashion label based in Bassano del Grappa, Vicenza, Italy. Our pieces are produced in small quantities and many are handcrafted or made following an order, using carefully sourced and often limited materials.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through fekonair.com.

2. OUR PIECES

Fek on Air is founded on craftsmanship, small-scale production and careful material sourcing.

Many pieces are handmade and/or produced after an order is placed rather than mass-produced or held in large quantities.

For this reason, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, embroidery, print placement, finishing or other handcrafted details may naturally occur from one piece to another.

These variations are part of the individual character of the product and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

We make every reasonable effort to represent colours, proportions and details accurately on our website. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

3. SIZING

Please carefully consult the product description and size information before placing your order.

Because many Fek on Air pieces are produced specifically following an order, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and careful size selection.

Customers are responsible for selecting their size based on the measurements and information provided on the website.

Personal preference regarding how a garment fits does not constitute a product defect where the item's measurements materially correspond to those stated in its product description.

This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from Fek on Air.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

incorrect pricing or product information;
suspected fraudulent activity;
payment authorisation problems;
inability to obtain the material required to produce the piece;
circumstances making production impossible.

If an order that has already been paid for cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Fek on Air is not a mass-production business.

Certain pieces may enter production only after your order has been confirmed. Production times are therefore separate from shipping times.

Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe shown on the product page is provided in good faith. Because our products may involve handwork, independent artisans and limited materials, occasional delays can occur.

Where a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you, we will respect the rights provided to you under applicable consumer law.

By purchasing a made-to-order piece, you acknowledge the production timeframe indicated on the relevant product page.

6. AVAILABILITY & LIMITED MATERIALS

Some of the fabrics, trims, vintage elements and artisanal materials used by Fek on Air are available only in limited quantities.

Once a material or piece is sold out, restocking may not always be possible.

In the rare event that a material becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where the order cannot be fulfilled.

7. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

8. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Fek on Air cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, without prejudice to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on our website and may vary depending on destination.

For made-to-order products, shipping estimates begin after production has been completed.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

Where EU consumer legislation applies, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the date the order is received, without having to provide a reason.

within the applicable withdrawal period.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Fek on Air does not provide complimentary or prepaid return shipping for withdrawals due to change of mind, sizing preference or other personal reasons.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is appropriately packaged and reaches us safely.

10. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned pieces must be in their original condition.

The product may only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Returned products must be:

unworn other than for careful fitting;
unwashed;
unaltered;
free from stains, make-up, deodorant, perfume, odours or other signs of wear;
returned with all original tags attached;
returned with their original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Every returned item will be individually inspected by the Fek on Air team.

Where a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this has caused a loss in value, the customer may be responsible for that diminished value as permitted by applicable law.

Items sent without first communicating the return to Fek on Air may not be processed until the necessary information has been provided.

11. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method.

For a statutory withdrawal, Fek on Air will refund the payments required under applicable consumer legislation, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

Additional amounts paid for express, priority or upgraded delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery, as permitted by law.

The direct cost of sending the item back to Fek on Air remains the customer's responsibility.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.

12. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that you believe to be defective, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us at:

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible and providing:

your order number;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs showing the problem.

Each claim will be individually reviewed.

Please remember that natural variations resulting from handmade production, artisanal materials or individual pattern placement do not automatically constitute defects.

Where a genuine lack of conformity exists, Fek on Air will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law, without cost to the customer.

13. PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions provided with a product or on its product page should be followed carefully.

Fek on Air cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, incorrect cleaning, failure to follow care instructions, misuse, accidental damage or ordinary wear and tear, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Given the nature of certain artisanal fabrics and embellishments, some pieces may require particularly delicate care.

14. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions communicated when they are issued.

Unless otherwise stated:

promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
they cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
codes may have an expiration date or be restricted to selected products.

Fek on Air reserves the right to cancel a promotion in the event of misuse, technical error or fraud.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on fekonair.com, including but not limited to the Fek on Air name, logos, photographs, product designs, graphics, illustrations, videos, texts and creative concepts, belongs to Fek on Air or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

16. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that information appearing on our website is accurate.

Occasionally, however, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur in relation to product descriptions, prices, availability or other information.

Where an obvious error affects an order, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

17. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected through fekonair.com is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information relating to cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, our website or applicable legislation.

The Terms applicable to an order are those made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country where the customer resides.

Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.
