As our products are carefully handcrafted, additional time may be required for any finishing touches or final work before shipment.

- Europe: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed for Standard delivery within Italy, or automatically calculated at checkout according to our courier’s rates.
Standard shipping rates:
- Italy: €5.00
- Europe: €10.00
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control.

Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address, any storage or additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
